How do I track my order?
We will email you when there are updates to your order’s shipment or the status of your order.
If you have a personal account with Fashionjellys, please log in to your account. You’ll see which orders are in progress and get shipment tracking updates.
If you don’t have an account, find your order number, then go to Order Information and enter it.

How do I know if ordering online is safe?
To help determine whether your connection is secure, check the status bar of your browser window. If you see an unbroken key or a closed lock (depending on your browser), Secure Socket Layer (SSL) should be active, which helps protect information transmitted through the website. You should also verify that the URL of the page you are on contains “https” at the beginning. Most browsers also provide additional security alerts.

What happens when my item is out of stock?
Items that cannot be shipped when the order is placed are on back order and will be shipped at a later date. We will provide you with an approximate ship date when you add items to your bag and during checkout. Backorder shipping dates are approximate, we will email you if the date changes. Please note that although your credit card will be authorized on the date you place your order, you will not be charged until the item is shipped.

What are the benefits of registering an account?

Payments and taxes

What payment methods can I use?
Fashionjellys accepts the following terms:

· Credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, etc.
· Other payment methods: PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay

Can I add a different payment method to my order?
Sorry, not possible. We are currently unable to accept multiple credit cards in a single transaction. However, you can pay the remaining balance at the time of purchase using a credit card or PayPal.

Do you offer a customer loyalty program?
Yes, you can become a member of Fashionjellys (it’s easy to join, and it’s free!). As a member, you will enjoy exciting offers and take advantage of occasional offers every time you shop with us, so you can buy anything you want.

Will you charge tax on my order?

Bills and Charges

What is a credit card authorization?
Once your order is placed, a pre-authorization of the full amount (pending charge/hold) will be charged to your credit card. Depending on your financial institution, this pre-authorization is usually automatically removed within 7 days.

When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged when each item is shipped. If your order contains multiple items that ship at different times, you may see multiple credit card charges.

When will I receive my refund?
If you return the item to our after-sales warehouse, we will process your refund once the item is received and the refund amount will be credited to your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, you may see your refund within 3-5 business days.

Can I change or cancel my order?
You can request a cancellation within a short period of time after placing your order. To cancel an order, please log into your account, find the order in Purchases, click “Details” and then click “Cancel Order” or submit a request to our customer service team. If the “Cancel Order” button is disabled, the cancellation window has passed and your order is not eligible for cancellation. We cannot cancel orders after this time period has passed.

If we are able to cancel your order, your payment method will not be charged. If we are unable to cancel your order, we will charge your payment method and ship your items to you.

How much does it cost to ship my order?
We offer free shipping to most areas around the world, which means you don’t have to pay extra shipping charges. How to use promotional code?
